Compared to last year home prices rose in value from the median of $370,000 to $381,000 for townhomes. There were only six single family homes that re-sold so not enough sales to be statistically significant. Volume of sales stayed relatively the same with 31 homes re-sold in 2016 and 30 in 2015.
