These are the home sale stats for Dominion Valley Country Club for rolling year April 2016 through March 2017. We are seeing a robust market. Our attached home and mid priced single family homes are selling quickly if readied for the market and priced appropriately. High end is a bit slower this year. DV is enjoying a robust spring market so far! Inventory overall is low!
