Piedmont Country Club in Haymarket, VA has seen a very large jump in home price sales for the first 3 quarters in 2017. Over the 2016 annual stats for Piedmont, detached homes rose over 12% and attached homes rose over 10%.
Last year 75 homes sold in the first three quarters. In 2017 only 64 homes sold. While sales prices are up, volume of sales is down.
The neighborhood is still seeing a robust market and homeowners living in Piedmont saw a very sharp rise in prices over the first three quarters!
