These stats reflect the re-sale market in Dominion Valley Country Club.  No new construction sales are included in this report.  Dominion Valley has seen a rise in sales prices across the board the first three quarters of 2018.

The median sales price for single family home at the end of 3rd quarter 2018 was $610,000.  Compared to $575,000 at the end of 3rd quarter 2017.  This is a rise of 6% over 2017.  

The median sales price for attached homes at the end of 3rd quarter 2018 was $435,500.  This is a slight increase from $432,500 in 2017.

Days on market reduced both in detached and attached homes from 2017. 

The total number of sales fell from 123 total re-sale homes in 2017 to 118 in 2018.  Overall we are seeing a very healthy market in Dominion Valley for 2018!
