Regency at Dominion Valley, a gated resort active adult community located in Haymarket, VA had a record number of homes that sold in 2018 at 52 sales. Detached homes rose slightly with .6% increase over 2017. Attached homes rose in value significantly with 13% rise in value. Condos also increased in value with 2% increase. Inventory is currently low in the neighborhood so far in 2019 making conditions ripe for home prices to increase again this year.
