Cathy’s Home Team compiled the annual home sale stats for 2019 in Dominion Valley Country Club. 

This neighborhood had a very active re-sale market again in 2019 with 135 units sold.  This was similar to 2018 when there were 134 units sold but not as high as the 151 untis sold in 2017.  This is still the 3rd most active year ever for DV.  The median price for detached homes increased 2.6% to $635,000.  While not as much as the 5.7% increase seen in 2018, it is consistent with the trend over the past five years which averaged about 2% per year.  The median price for attached homes increased by a whopping 10.5% over 2018 to $480,000.  Median Days on Market (DOM) in 2019 was even lower than 2018 at 13 days for attached but higher at 38 compared to 26 days for detached.  Overall, median sales prices continue to steadily rise and DOM remain relatively low particularly for attached homes.  As of this writing, inventory is very low with only 11 homes for sale in the community of almost 2500 homes!
