Dominion Valley Country Club saw slight rise in value of homes in 2023 as compared to 2022.  The most drastic statistic is the decline in home sales volume year over year in the last 4 years.

Year over year we have seen a decline in sales volume with the sharpest decline between 2021 and 2022 of 39%.  There was a further 35% decline between 2022 and 2023.  At the height of home sales in 2020 of 209 homes, we have seen a decline in home sale volume of 62%!  This decline in sales volume has kept prices high with the very low inventory.  DVCC continues to be a very desirable neighborhood in the DC/Maryland/Northern VA metro area!  Residents want to stay in the neighborhood and in their homes!
