Villages of Piedmont/South Market saw a slight rise in home sale prices from 2022 to 2023. In 2023 there was a total of 35 sales which was relatively the same volume of sales from 2022. There were 12 single family homes that resold and 23 attached homes the sold.
Attached homes rose 2% to a median price of $630,000.
Detached homes rose 3.5% to a median price of $900,000.
