Dominion Valley 2024 Home Sales

Dominion Valley saw a healthy increase in home values for the attached homes.  Townhomes rose in value 11% over 2023 to a median price of $733,000.  Detached home values stayed the same as compared to 2023.  Median price in 2024 is $987,000. Days on market stayed the same at only 6 days for median days on market.  Also volume of sales rose from 81 sales in 2023 to 102 sales in 2024.  

Home values in Dominion Valley have consistently risen year over year since 2017 and has consistently had low days on market.  These stats indicate that Dominion Valley is a very desirable neighborhood for families to seek out when moving to the area.  Congrats on sustaining such a long rise in home values for nearly ten years!
