Our team has seen a very robust market for 1Q2018. Our team has settled 14 properties in first quarter and sales have been throughout the western Northern Virginia Region. We are finding homes to be selling quickly and near or at list price. Days on market have overall reduced. Our listing ratio has been 65% of total sales and our buyer representation ratio has been 35% of total sales. We are seeing a very, very healthy market.
