This neighborhood had 16 units sold continuing is five year trend of 13-17 per year. While they do not have a statistically valid number of sales each year (20 entires to be statistically valid), median prices last year decreased 2.7% but have averaged a 2.5% increase in value year over year since 2013. Days on market decreased significantly to 18 days from 51 days in 2018. There were no distressed sales again this year!
