The median sales price of attached homes rose 5% over 2018 with 49 units sold vs. 29 units in 2018. Median days on market for the attached homes went up from 16 to 29 days. Demand for the attached units is still quite high and inventory is low. Fifteen detached units sold in 2019 vs. twelve in 2018. The median sales price rose by 12.5%!
