The detached homes saw a 13% increase in number of units sold in 2019 with 59 units sold — the most ever in Regency since we have begun compiling the stats!Median sales price for detached declined by 3% from 2018. Attached homes increased by 4.4%. Condo sales fell from 20 to 16 units withmedian sales price falling by 3.5%. Inventory is still low and homes overall are selling quickly as days on market has declined across the board in Regency.
