REGENCY @ DOMINION VALLEY 2024 SALES STATS
Regency had very brisk home sales in 2024. A total of 64 homes sold with 31 detached, 10 attached townhomes, and 23 condos sales. Home sales rose in value across all home types.
Detached homes saw a sizeable increase with 12.3% over 2023. Median price is now $819,900 for detached homes as compared with $730,000 in 2023.
Townhomes (attached) only had ten sales for the year. The number of sales are too low to be statistically viable and draw accurate conclusions. The average price in 2024 is $659,650 where the median price is $719,000. There is too wide of a gap between the average and median number to draw accurate conclusions. Last year’s average price was $605,786 and median price was $612,000. We can conclude that attached homes did rise in value around 9% over 2023 using average sales price of both years. At any rate, the prices overall have risen for attached townhomes.
Condos also rose in value in 2024. There were 23 condo sales in 2024. Median sales price is $455,000. From 2023 condos saw an increase of 6%.
Days on market were lower in 2024 than 2023 indicating that Regency has a very brisk and healthy market!
