Villages of Piedmont 2024 Annual Sales Stats
Villages of Piedmont realized an appreciation of value of 9% over both detached and attached homes compared to 2023. In 2024 detached homes rose to a median price of $984,000 compared to $900,000 in 2023. Attached homes rose to median price of $687,000 as compared to $630,000 in 2023.
There were only six detached homes that sold in Villages of Piedmont last year so this rise in appreciation is somewhat skewed since there were such a low number of home sales. Overall in Western Prince William County in the neighborhoods we analyze, there was a rise in home values of like/kind properties. Cathy’s Home Team believes that the rise in value is valid for Villages of Piedmont also.
Cathy’s Home Team represented the seller of one of the highest home sales in Villages of Piedmont with a $1,055,000 sales price. This was an early sale in March of 2024. At that time, no re-sale home had broken the $1M price threshhold in that neighborhood! We were excited to see this breakthrough in 2024 for that neighborhood!
