Heritage Hunt, similar to the other neighborhoods we track in Western Prince William County, saw a rise in home values in 2025 over 2024. Detached homes rose by over 7% with a median price of $780,000. Attached homes rose in value over 4% with a median price of $599,000. Condo values stayed steady at $400,000.
Volume of sales was lower in 2025 than 2024 with 112 homes selling in 2024 as compared to 99 home sales in 2025. Days on market did rise a bit, but still in the healthy range of quick sales in the neighborhood.
