Cathy’s Home Team compiled the stats for Heritage Hunt home sales for 2019. This neighborhood experienced a 15% increase in the number of units sold for 2018 to rebound from a 20% decrease in 2018. Prices remained steady for detached while attached rose a very impressive 13% after a 2% decline in the prceding year. Condo sales increased to 12 from 6 in 2018 and prices went up almost 6% for them as well. Days on market continued to remain low. It was 15 for detached and 18 for attached. Inventory as well as distressed sales continues to be relatively low.
